After years of teasing us from across the ocean, Nissan has finally unleashed the GT-R (known as the Skyline in Japan) on America, to the praise of automotive journalists, enthusiasts and video game fans alike. In fact, for many American GT-R fans their first introduction to the vehicle was in video games like Gran Turismo. With them in mind, Kelley Blue Book's Micah Muzio decided to compare the real world Nissan GT-R to its video game counterpart. Which one did he like more? way to go on the 122nd review of this car, its way too over-hyped. Toyota needs to make another supra and give it some competition.

Nice review. I'm sure I'll get lots of the 'thumbs downs' for this, but I'd almost rather have a base-model Porsche 911 if only for the howl of that flat-six and the ability to have a normal manual transmission. Yeah, the GT-R murder it in almost every performance category, but it seems like it'd be more involving.

they say its 480 hp but all the engines r hand made so they r all out putting different hp....one i seen was 580 hp...and you don't get to use all of the power that the car has...untill you get to a race track....the gps knows when your at a race track and puts the car into race mode...
