The song's lyrics are fairly vague, it is very easy to find your own meaning in the lyrics. I personally see it as a struggle against nihilism (emotionally, mentally, and concerning reality, noting the lines "like i'm close to something real), within one's self and noticing that others feel the same way. Trying to find one's place in the world, whatever that may mean.

Linkil Park made music with Jay-Z and Lupe Fiasco both of them are the illest. i love linkiln park but you got to respect other music period no matter if u dont like it or not. i would never say fuck that music cuz its the reason why music is the way it is now. so to say fuck rap idk but don't say fuck hip-hop

well i like linkin park,but i have to disagree with u.new rap sucks,but old school rap is good.old school rap beats that screamin shit and pig noises that these punk rock bands do.linkin park is the only rock band i listen to
