Pretty sure it is. They seem to have things like faceless rubber balaclavas over their heads, that extend down below their suit collars.

Umm, whoever told you that.. I'm not sure if they're stupid, or you're gullable, because NOBODY'S skin is BLUE!.. ever!!.. and if that were the case they wouldnt form together and me so talented as they are. It's a suit! lol
