well the weird musicians often go to foreign countries and get a lot of attention there, cause they're really arty and weird, but original

they do, but the music is not popular in other country's and sometimes the music is on Icelandic :)

It seems that Iceland has an endless number of these strange groups/artists, I'm thinking of Björk, Sigur Rós, Silvia Nátt and now this Ami(i)na.. :P That's kinda cool, but I wonder if Icelanders do any typical pop/rock music in Icelandic? Would be nice to hear some names to check out :)
