it should not be taught as science. the whole point of science requires that you examine the world and try to explain how things came to be the way they are. if you begin with an intelligent designer, the scientific method becomes pointless. you must observe evidence of a designer first, and that can not be done scientifically. i fully believe that everyone should read the bible because it is such a cultural touchstone. it's not fair to put it in the lab because it gets torn apart.

I think you are confusing yourself a little the theory explains how we get to the universe that we see now especially dealing with the creation of matter, the planets, the stars, and galaxies.

Dragon exist in most cultures but they are far from dinosaurs and the dragons differ from culture to culture they could have gotten some of these images from dinosaur fossils. People from isolated cultures believe in some kind of God or Gods there is a difference though through all of them. Did you ever consider the wonder that is the human brain could create its own view of what is perfect.

I think you're wrong here about the big bang. Most physicists believe that time *started* with the big bang. ie no time before it. And once you say that a physical dimension existed before the big bang then the theory really isn't saying anything. All physical dimensions (time, matter, and spacial)must come into existence at the same time. If not then we could never know when it happened or where it happened or how big it was.
