I was so disappointed when I saw this movie. I've seen the real thing, and I guess that set my standard way too high for this version. The phantom doesn't even have vibrato!!

This is a prime example of why musical theater pieces should stay in the theater. Poorly shot and the voices are weak. I would rather see and hear a movie with the Blue Man Group. Sad how they take a great piece and ruin it.
