Those of us out there who have knowledge of Nichiren Shoshu Buddhism no doubt got a kick out of the fact that he's using aspects of it throughout the video. The hand gestures as well as some of his lyrics are elements of that form of Buddhism. He along with Tina Turner are two of the most famous followers.
