Not really the case at all...Most of the major industry closed do to outsourcing to China, Korea, etc. Once that goes, it has a chain-effect on all smaller supporting industry. Adding to the demise, neighboring cities lost their manufacturers (Findlay, Norwalk, Bowling Green, Lima, and Toledo). It wasn't just assembly line jobs, professional office and technical jobs left as well.

Sorry Holly,Those of us that live in Tiffin with good skills and education cannot find employment opportunities either. We all cannot become the County Prosecutor for +120K a year.Places like Seneca County, Ohio exist in every nook and corner of the USA. it's not going to get any better, regardless of which crooks are in office.
