this escape works.However, to avoid having people escape your arms bars like this, all you have to do is; when you fall back, do it at an angle towards their head.

If he has any Actual grip at all, this wont work as an escape. If he knows what hes doing he will just do a bicep slicer if he could not get the armbar. But i could see this working against a novice grappler

this move should really be used as the guy is spinning around and applying the armbar. as the guy is in the air spinning you spin around. If the guy has the armbar tight as hell (his ass is practically against your face) its better to roll up. For the people saying you can get triangled trying to pull the escape...yea you can its pretty easy to get triangled too ive done it countless times cause triangle is my favorite move i actually set up the armbar just for the triangle.
