it goes slow in demonstration. In truth, when used in defensive purposes it works too well. it hurts extremely.

both stances (shoulder vertical to opponent vs square to the opponent) have their advantages disadvantages- its just two different styles. and yes our weight is on the back leg so that we may kick with our front leg.

It looks so cool when he switches feet with the hakama. It disorientates me if that's a word.
