Of course you can hurt someone with copeira. It even has deadly kicks. Its obvious they dont kill them selvs in training or?! tz geese I do capoeira and if you do serious and fast it hurts like hell! This is just training thats why its so slow. In real combat its very very fast.

capoeira is no martial art, it has not much to do with hurting ypur opponent, but if you're as half as fast, strong orarduous as some capoeiristas i know tell me again that capoeira is useless
