i dont need their instructions to do TM.
Quiet your thoughts down first by focusing on your breathing, until your mind is clear and you are relaxed, then focus on nothing, after a while if you can hold it there, your body will go numb and your mind will feel numb, you will transcend, and expand your conscious. No thoughts just pure expanded consciousness. Using Delta wave binaural beat frequencies will greatly aid you reaching this level. practice everyday to longitudinally increase IQ ;)
