To answer some people: No, companies do not try and blame the customer and get him to pay, in some cases they might, yes, but in 99% of the cases they won't.Why? If people start spreading the news of bad support and such, they will eventually loose customers. It's in their best interest to help as much as they can.

However, Dell is a perfect example of a company that might screw you over and have lousy support, but then again, Dell is loosing customers so: HA!
