Probably the VERY greatest reduction in fuel consumption in Europe would be to dismantle the EU it has done so much damage to EUrope&has been so incredibly profligate in use of fuel even Barrosso drives a VW Taureg for instance, huge travel requirements of a massive centralised&undemocratic bureaucracy. Propaganda films like this from the EU are an obscenity when it moves its pretend parliament and all its parasites from Brusells to Strasbourg monthly&uses fuel to heat its empty buildings!
