I blame the police department. Good old Whetsel would rather buy a boat and a dump truck then spend it you know fighting crime. but guess whetsel has a fuzzy seat so why not buy dump trucks.haha you can look it up on the interweb. rather hilarious. he buys grills, stuff from home depot, automobiles and well a dump truck and a twin engine boat. woo all with our money.
