Cung le is not sanshou, BJJ is kung fu, LOLfan boy just turn everything upsidedown...at least Cung le walk the walk, and talk the talk in real karate, sanshou, kickboxing, MMA competition and came out winner...The Gracie just talk "Striker can't do this, striker can't do that.." and post "FREINDLY EXHIBITION VIDS"

i hope ya dont mind if i jump in this whole conversation...anyways i thought you wouldnt mind... bjj or chinese jiu jitsu are the best fighting styles?!?! more fights go to the ground so you cant say its the best fighting style its just 90% more effective than most then the rest same with wrestling.. but im not here to offend! kempo is awesome the iceman hes got kempo then you got to think anderson silva bj penn joe stevenson kenny florian matt serra GSP i mean think about it thanks for reading!

The kenpo that pontfire is talking about isn't the kenpo you're thinking of. It's nippon kenpo or hawaian kenpo. In mma you train several arts and blend them, in kenpo the striking and grappling are already integrated. Also, Liddell uses kempo and koei-kan karate; his striking doesn't even resemble muay thai. It's definitely more dangerous to do submissions from the guard in real life; slams are dangerous, and so are eye-gouges and fishhooks. Also, bjj offers no real finishes vs two+ opponents.
