Two guys show some neat Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Techniques.I was asked to post this, and i think it's only fair:

Yeah BJJ is great 1 vs 1. But fighting anymore than 1 person, then BJJ is really worthless.

For MMA I recently started drinking weight gain for strength but im beginning to realise it's almost all technique.

LISTEN UP ALL BJJ-HATERS:THERE'S A BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COMPETITIVE BJJ (like in this movie) AND STREET SELF DEFENCE BASED ON BJJ !! NO BJJ-FIGHTER WILL GO TO THE GROUND ON THE STREET, THEN THEY'LL FOCUS ON THROWS AND BREAKING JOINTS (OR CHOKES) !
