new guys don't listen to this ari bolden and the rest of the submission 101 guys show great moves with excellent technique. you may just be thrown a bit because they use techniques from all the grappling arts bjj,sombo,judo japanes jujitsu,catch wrestling. they also have great videos on 10th planet jiu-jitsu
