I have to say that I find humiliy and the mastering of aggression to be the hardest thing can achieve in life, if at all.After watchign this. .myself looking into Okinawan Kara-te do. .I have to say it looks quite intimidating. I was also looking into Aikido. . however. . nothign that is worth having is easy to come by.Respect.
