i've been doing karate for 14 years now. i'm a black belt (1.Dan) and supposed to do the "higher" kataes. i like them BUT i'll NEVER ceize to love heian nidan and heian godan. i love those two katas so much!!

First i would like you to stand strait in a mirror left out punch the air onehundred times times with each hand an then come back. If you can move your arms. LOL!

Do about 15 minutes Worth of HIP exercises and in Backstance these body parts are what moves in order: Hips(Horizontal Direction), Hips(Vertical direction), Back Foot, Hip again (Horizontal) then Lead foot and Shuto hand at same time towards direction of strike/Block
