Many of these huge organisations,including youtube behave in a very cavalier manner.They have closed accounts before without justification.It is possible to contact them but it will take them an age to reply.Barney Kessel is god!(Not Clapton-ha!ha!)

Help, Kessel fans! I got a notice from YouTube telling me that the clip I posted of Kessel playing "Like Someone In Love" has been taken down due to a complaint from Bourne Co. I can't figure out why. Bourne Co. won't respond to e-mails I've sent them, and I don't know who to talk to at YouTube (if there's anyone to talk to). What is odd is that there are at least 15 other versions of "Like Someone In Love" on YouTube at this moment. Any advice? The can't own the rights to the Canadian broadcast

Kessel rules!This is one of my favorite songs.Check the fantastic version of Hank Mobley with Lee Morgan (Trumpet) from album Dippin'(Blue Note).It makes me cry, always.
