What if president of United State has sufficient proof and reason to believe that the United State Government is already compromised by a foreign power namely Israel via its agents in the United States, than can he declare Martial Law to save both the constitution and the US government from covert takeover by a foreign power?

Personally, I don't think most Americans have the balls to "rise up" to their government so that things can be set straight. I really don't. If they did, why haven't we seen it yet?

The entire world knows what the fundamental problems of the U.S. are, and yet the majority of Americans still refuse to admit it. Are they drugged?
