DAVID MESMERIZED


In commemorating ManOfSteel's upcoming 400th image of David, I've produced this movie to specifically highlight his first 111 published images. Many of these renderings have not been publicly available in over 3 years. Although the movie's image sequence does not follow the order of when the images were originally published, one is able to distinguish the earlier versions of David from the later ones. You'll find that this movie displays the emerging physical attributes and artistic development from those later works that have been greatly expanded upon and improved in terms of image complexity as well technical skill involving animation. Many of these images were also accompanied by stories of romance, peril, adventure and heroism. Indeed, David can be anything from the corn fed farm boy next door that you could take to your grandma to the matinee idol. He can also be either the magazine cover boy of your dreams or the man of your darkest desires.With over 140 images featured in "David Mesmerized" this movie represents a significant amount of publicly viewable art allocated by ManOfSteel in one specific musical tribute. I hope you'll all enjoy it and much as I had in making it.
