Photoshop Tutorial - Three Layer Orton Effect


The Orton effect is a method of increasing the saturation of colors and adding a dreamy glow to photos. It is very easy to do, but many of the instructions do not show how to handle the over exposure that can occur. They also do not show how to control the blur in different areas of the screen.This tutorial shows you a much better Orton effect process, and is a good introduction to layers as well.
