The reason why we don't use really good cameras on satellites is because us Americans are cheap and don't want to go that extra mile. Japanese, however, they love their technology. There latest Satellite that went to the moon has a HD camera attached to the satellite.

What a load of crab!!! This could be a statue made out of solid stuff that can "survive" on Mars' surface! That's an easy way to do it! And this may not even be Mars!
