There's a lot to be concerned about today, true, but there is also a lot to be excited about. Who knows what a 50-year old Curtis might think of what there is today. At least we know, through what he wrote and those who knew him, that he did read, think, feel, and express. That's all we can do as artists, and act when we can.

I love this band so much, and while im not happy that Ian Curtis passed 28 years almost 29 years ago, im comforted in the fact that he didnt have to live to see what this world has turned into both politically and musically.

groveless, but still have the dark energy. ths band's music is so different than anything else.
