yes but not like this one this moves just like a fish not just by moving the end if his tail and from far away this looks and act just like a real fish

That is pretty awesome! The whole purpose of making these robots is to learn how animals move. If they do it right, they seem truly alive and fluid rather than mechanical and clumsy. One way to learn how a creature moves the way it does is to build a machine to mimic that same movement. Essentially, it's non-invasive biological study and engineering.
