Enya did it too. Her voice was recorded doing a single "doo" in, for example, C. Then, they layered it up for the primary accompanying track up until adding bass notes. They DID record several versions of her singing the same lyrics, from strong to whisper. Then an arranger took all the tracks and all the fills, and copypasted them together in the synth vocal patterns you hear right now. Her voice isn't computerized. Just processed. But she didn't sing every single note as you hear it.
