You'd be fighting full grown adults for your fights to get it. 16 is just where the line is drawn, and that's for a junior black belt. You really don't 'black' belt until you're 18 years old.

im 14 im a black belt y shouldnt i be a blackbelt till im 16 i train like any other memberof the club
