Both of those guys died way too early.
Stevie had more time to do what he loved, ie experimenting and creating fusions between different styles.
I can't imagine where Jimi's creativity would have taken us.
I also can't imagine how to compare. Would there be any point? I guess it just bugged me to see Stevie at number 5 on someones list.

Just remember this... SRV is a guitar god. And yes he can play the shit out of Hendrix songs. But Jimi was the one who created these songs. It wasnt just Kimi's playing skills that set him apart from everyone else...it was also his creativity. It's really not fair to compare anyone to Jimi.
