Stuffed Strawberries


8oz package of cream cheese (room temperature)1/2 cup of powdered sugar1/4 tsp of vanilla extract20 or more ripe strawberries with the bottoms cut so they can stand and then a cross cut on top for the filling.

Top with chocolate and add nuts or sprinkles if desired

if you like you can make you're own chocolate to top them by melting 16oz semisweet or milk chocolate chips on a double boilerand add 2 tablespoons of shortening
