Brown the oil with garlic and a few dashes of seasoning plus salt, not a lot of either. Enough oil to coat them. Warm em up good and they are the HEAT! I ate a whole sack of shrimp.

I know raw food is better for you because cooking kills all the good vit and mins ad such inside it, but they taste so GOOD cooked!

I just made the almost best shrimp I've ever had. Almost as good as a resteurant(sp) lol. I don't dig tails so I nibble them off or buy the detailed ones. All I had was a garlic clove, some mesquite steak seasoning, veg oil, and some salt. I forgot to put in butter, but it didn't hurt.

The confusing world of brassicas! I'm from Nova Scotia originally and what we call turnip is something else; you might call it yellow turnip or rutabaga. Never tried the white ones. I know, terribly non-adventurous of me.But I might now. Thanks for the demo.
